Newcomers: We welcome you to our tri-parish community! Please register by filling out the form found at the entrance of each church or here on this website under “OTHER FORMS”. Return it in the collection basket or give it to our pastor. Sacrament of Reconciliation: Individual confessions begin 30 minutes before each Mass or by appointment. Penance Services during Lent and Advent. Sacrament of Baptism: Baptisms are arranged by appointment with pastor. Baptismal form should be completed, which can be found at entrance of each church or here on this website under “SACRAMENT FORMS”. Instructions for godparents’ requirement is on the form. Sacrament of Marriage: Must be a registered and contributing member in one of our three parishes and attending its Sunday Mass for a least 3 months. Then contact Pastor to schedule a wedding, allowing 6 months preparation time. Sacrament of Anointing: Celebrated in each parish during seasons of Advent and Lent, as well as by request. Visitation of the Sick and Shut-ins: In event of illness, call parish office to request visit from priest. We cannot call hospitals for patient information. You have to inform the pastor for hospital visits and include the room number. Also, please notify parish office if a family member or neighbor needs Eucharist brought to them. Mass Intentions: To have a Mass said in memory of a loved one or in thanksgiving for prayers answered, write intention on paper as well as by whom. In white envelope marked “Mass Intentions,” enclose your note along with $10 stipend per Mass, and place into collection basket. If using a check, make it payable to the name of your church and put “Mass Intentions” in the memo. |
